Members of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee will continue to sit for the 6th session on December 21-22.

Hanoi (VNA) – Members of the National Assembly (NA) Standing Committee will continue to sit for the 6th session onDecember 21-22.

In this meeting, theNA Standing Committee willconsider amending its Resolution 524/2012/UBTVQH13 dated September 20, 2012 ona number of spending regimes to ensure the operation of the NA, the NA's reporton ombudsman work in November, the committee’s work programme in 2022.

Members of the committee will continue to give opinons on a draft resolution on the pilot applicationof special mechanisms and policies for the development of Can Tho city, and a draft Resolution on fiscal and monetary mechanisms and policies to supportthe implementation of the socio-economic recovery and development programme.

Alongside, they will also evaluate the implementation of the committee's foreign affairs and internationalcooperation programme in 2021; consider and approve the programme for 2022; and give opinions on programmes on foreign affairsand international cooperation of the NA Ethnic Council, committeesof the NA, the Secretary General of the NA, friendship parliamentary groups,agencies of the NA Standing Committee, the State Audit and the NA Office./.
